After processing at Immigration, members must collect their baggage and proceed through
Customs where representatives of Helen Wong Tours and GAC will meet you. Transfer to the 5 Star Deluxe Tianlun Dynasty Hotel in the heart of Beijing's shopping precinct where hotel
Management and staff will greet you with a complimentary drink.
Accommodation is on the Dynasty [Executive] Floor in deluxe rooms.
After a short rest, a buffet lunch will be available in the Tianlun Atrium Plaza, reputed to be the largest atrium plaza in Asia.
In the afternoon members will have free time to enjoy undisturbed rest, or make free use of
the recreation facilities, or maybe you would prefer to stretch your legs with a stroll on Wang Fu Jing Shopping Boulevard.
At 17:00, members will be invited to join a Happy Hour in the Executive Lounge, after which Dinner will be taken at a local ethnic restaurant. |

After enjoying an American [ABF] hot breakfast in the Executive Lounge, members will join an all day tour to the
famous Great Wall, the Ming Tombs and Sacred Way. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant.
The Chinese have a saying: "You are not a hero until you visited the Great Wall"
- hence we establish everyone's disposition at the first opportunity
If time permits, enjoy the happy hour in the Executive Lounge or proceed to dinner in the Atrium Plaza.

 ABF before participating in the first lecture of the programme, "Introduction of Chinese
Legal System" which will be delivered by Prof. Wang XinXin, Deputy Dean of the Beijing University Law School [Beida].
Lunch will be taken at hotel, followed by "Doing Business in China", presented by Geoffrey Weymouth, Chairman of Global Access China and other foreign and local operatives.
Enjoy the Happy Hour and a buffet dinner will be available in the Atrium Plaza.
After dinner, members have free use the hotels recreation facilities.

Beida.
After lunch "Introduction to Chinese Law Firms" at the hotel. Members will meet representatives from the most respected Beijing law firms who will discuss the world's
hottest topic, how best both sides might develop cooperation and of the distinct differences in doing business in China.
Enjoy Happy Hour, after which dinner will be taken an ethnic restaurant.

Beida.
Lunch is a private banquet, after which an official from the China Patent Office will address members of IPR protocols in China and a representative from a Beijing
law firm specializing in IPR will discuss registration procedures and precedents.
Happy Hour is followed by a banquet at a selected restaurant.

 ABF in the Executive Lounge before joining our bus where a representative from Beida will
accompany us on a visit to a Civil Trial Court where we will witness a People's Court trial in
action. Later in the morning, we will visit a working session of the Supreme Court of China. Members will meet and be addressed by the judiciary.
After lunch, we will visit the Ministry of Justice where officials will address members and discuss the vagaries between Chinese and Western Legal systems. Return to hotel for
Happy Hour before enjoying a Western Meal at selected restaurant.

ABF in the Executive Lounge followed by a lecture "Principles and Practice of Arbitration Law in China" by Profs Shao
Jingchun and Guo Yu. Enjoy a banquet lunch at the hotel with lecturers. In the afternoon, a representative from Austrade will address members of their function and methodology
in China and services they offer through support programmes.
Happy Hour before dinner at hotel. After dinner, visit Beijing's famous Bar Street [at own expense].

 ABF in Executive Lounge before venturing out on a walking tour of Tiananmen
Square and Forbidden City. See the Great Hall of the People, Mao Ze Dong's mausoleum, National Museum and Monument to the Hero's.
Lunch will be taken in Beihai Park, former playground of the Qin Emperors and their family, concubines and eunuchs.
In the afternoon, we will visit the Temple of Heaven and other famous Beijing landmarks.
Return to hotel, enjoy Happy Hour, rest or use recreation facilities. Evening meal will
be a world famous Sichuan Hot Pot.
