All lecture fees, conference centre hire, meetings venues, introductions during the Smart Law Course and additional four days in the provinces are included

Accommodation

All accommodation provided whilst in China is of the highest standard available and for your exclusive use. In Beijing, you will stay at the Deluxe 5 Star Tianlun Dynasty Hotel, a luxurious property that will cater to your every desire.  Whilst travelling, Helen Wong Tours will provide superior hotels as noted in the itinerary.

Transfers

All transfers between airports, hotels and events in each city from the day of arrival until the day of departure.  All China internal transport associated with Smart Law and the travel itinerary.

Flights

Flights between Australia, North America and New Zealand and China will be with Singapore Airlines,  traveling economy class, with preferential check-in and preferred seating. Internal flights in China will be with China domestic airlines.

Singapore Transit

Whilst in Singapore members will have free use of the SATS Rainforest Lounge, where they can shower, enjoy the buffet and relax in comfort.

Food and Beverage

Daily breakfast is included, together with almost all lunches.  Dinner is provided other than on a very few occasions. This is intentional so as to allow members some latitude to develop relationships with Chinese colleagues. Most meals are either banquet or buffet.  A happy hour is provided daily at the Tianlun Hotel, where drinks and snack foods are available without cost.

Alcoholic drinks are not included, nor purchases from the minibar. Beer and sometimes wine will often be provided with lunch and evening meals in Beijing, but not whilst on tour. Chinese tea and water are always provided with meals. Tea, Coffee and juice are available all day in the Executive Lounge at the Tianlun Dynasty Hotel.

Sightseeing

Entrance fees and entertainment as specified in the itinerary.

Interpreter/ Guide

An interpreter and sometimes guide will be available at most times whilst in Beijing. Helen Wong Tours will provide a friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and often entertaining professional English speaking guides will be with you in each city within China.

Visa

Cost of China travel visa for Australian passport holders, if all documents are completed and submitted with passport for processing in a timely manner in accordance with requested closure dates. Outside of this time, members must apply for their own visa or pay an additional fee for single processing. There is an additional cost for holders of passports from other countries apply in Australia.  Participants applying from countries other than Australia must [at this juncture] make their own arrangements.

Spouses/ Partners

If a spouse or private partner is accompanying a member, accommodation will be provided on a twin share/ double basis, and an alternative programme will be available during days on which the Smart Law programme is operating.
