SMART LAW - What is it & what will it do for me?
The China Smart Law programme has been specifically tailored to meet the very important current needs of legal practitioners that have clientele cooperating with or
interested in entering the China market; the programme is not designed for the law student. Object of Smart Law training
- To introduce the legal system and legislative framework of China Law.
- To develop a knowledge base of Chinese Civil law (especially in the area of investment in China and commercial transactions).
- For legal practitioners to have the competence to correctly instruct clients on legal issues pertaining to their business activities in China.

foundation of Chinese Civil law, which includes, but is not be limited to:
